First month of the year, but because I had very busy months lately – as everybody else, of course! – I didn’t post some news, outfits and places I went to in November and December last year. Time to correct it, since the blog is, – among other things -, a diary, too! Hope you like the “news” and pics!
Hello! Please don’t be put off by the date on the left – today is July 28th, Monday! Because I have had kind of “different hectic weeks” it meant not enough time to post. Since I think this post is still VERY relevant to me, I’m recycling it again Hope you don’t mind and that you like it! I know we are in July, of course… But I’m still living in the first semester of the year… I confess – it was so good, I want to extend that feeling!
In June I only posted twice because of a trip and the World Cup. And in July only once Anyway, my sweet blogger-friends know exactly when I have a new post – when I comment on their blogs I don’t comment three times a week, but I’m a loyal reader. Despite that, I’m really interested in your posts! Do believe me!
The first half of the year is gone, the second has just started – I wanted to have track of what I have done so far and add the things I did in June, so to remember the time and the places. Here it goes!
I bought many nice things, got nice presents, went to many museums – love history!, cooked quite a lot, bought new furniture, had birthday. Trips till June: England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Brazil. Continue reading
Disclaimer: “recycling” my post from last week now – no new post now (Jun 16), but soon! I’m flying to the World Cup! Now, to the post!
First of all, thanks to all the amazing blog-friends for the always so lovely comments! They mean a lot to me and I always look forward to reading and answering them!
My recent posts pointed out places, not outfits. I travel dressed in a comfortable and quirky way and I have no problems with that – the outfits don’t “suit” the fashion world, but I prefer to be comfy to walk a lot in new places. This post shows a “real” outfit – although always quirky, the way I like it! It was in Dun Laoghaire – it means, sea – in May.
Dún Laoghaire (older anglicisation of which, Dunleary,- the way to pronounce it -, is also sometimes found) is a suburban seaside town in County Dublin, Ireland. It is formerly a major port of entry from Britain. From 1821 to 1920 it was named Kingstown. Source here
I’ll finish this post by saying that I’m packing – again – for a massive trip on Sunday, the 15th. I’ll miss people and places here very very much. I hope new adventures are open for me. This is the way it keeps going for me. Sometimes I wish to be less adventurous, but that was never my nature.
I hope you all have an amazing week with many sweet smiles and I thank you for your comments! They mean a lot to me, as I said, and they truly make my day!
