Berlin, Koszalin, Dublin

Hello again, sweet blogger friends! I didn’t post for a month, because I had a very hectic time – the long promised travel pictures to be shown now! I wanted a blog’s layout change, still evolving – new layout, new content! The blog is my personal diary, of course – the pics seem small, but it’s to keep track of where I went, not a fashion statement. Preparing a compact suitcase for such a trip is tricky.

First trip, March. Germany, Poland, Russia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic.

Title of the post: I tried to be funny with where I was, with the three cities ending in LIN :)

I love my “Rally Holidays“, as I call them. 4,000 km with a car around Europe for two weeks. I needed to officially register my Masters’ diploms and signature in Germany, so I flew from Dublin to Frankfurt, where I got the car. Nice revisiting places I once lived in. Some countries were new to me, some not.

Frankfurt am Main. I have similar suitcases in the entrance of my main flat, so I loved this wall in Frankfurt am Main - Mar 11, 2014

A wisdom trip

Because I thought I didn’t have “enough” news, for a while I decided to write every other week. I guess I can change it little by little, to come to my usual weekly post.

This post still shows my trip to South America. The beaches! I love the sea!

Bag, Gamine. I love it!

I love beaches in the winter! I had similar boots when I was 18 :), so I really love these ones, for what they remind me. But I can't remember where I bought them

Happiness is inside you, not out of your soul. Whatever you look for, it’s inside you. Once Tina Turner stated: “when I was younger, having a certain dress or a car would make me happy. I don’t think this way now”. I’m changing my mind throughout the last 2 years, getting to see life like she stated. It leads to a happier life, in my opinion.

End of my 5 month-trip, now back to the UK. One of my paintings, that I want to change the frame. I painted it when I was 14. It brings me loads of memories.

So now I thank all the amazing comments I had on my last post, they really meant a lot to me!  I apologize for not being very regular, on a weekly basis, but be very sure I’ll visit your blogs always with a lot of interest! (I love reading!)

I wish everybody a great week with many smiles!

Beach Wisdom

I’m terribly sorry, but I was about to leave South America and got very busy organizing things in order to come back to the UK. That’s why the hiatus on the blog!

So now news will be a bit “old” – from September and early October – but it’s more to keep a diary for myself. Bear with me, please, with old reports :)

Bracelets and necklace gifted by dear my friend M

Necklace gifted by dear my friend M, from the great doyouspeakgossip. We met in London a year ago. I love this necklace!

I think I look a bit shy below… I’m more into quotes or pictures where I’m on the beach or with flowers and monuments. But since I joined the Shoeper Shoe Challenge, I have to document the saves and publish them here.

Shoes Marni

Shoes Marni, top Diane von Furstenberg, bag gifted, head band Donna Ly, belt and embroidered jeans from an online shop in Germany (can’t remember which)

The 5 months I spent in South America taught me many things. I hope I remember every lesson and that I use them in my life. I want to go back there. Next year the (football/soccer) World Cup will be on there!

I didn’t forget any of the great blogs and people I got to admire on the blogosphere, and I apologize being busy and uninspired to write here and leave comments. I’ll do so from today on (yay!!!!), now that I’m back to the UK since last week (and was very jet lagged!)

Hope you are all having a great time! And that you always receive many smiles!
