What’s your vision of life, of the future? Should we care about the past and future, or just live “now”, only enjoying the present? Simple questions, not everything we can ask ourselves, but a few questions, because sometimes we don’t know which path to follow and we may be unsure about our personal mission – or Ikigai, here Through some questions, we can access what we think of life in general, values, principles and beliefs. But wait – not everybody feels like it’s a demand to ask questions – some people achieved what they wanted for their lives and it’s great! But sometimes a life audit is cool!
If you want to find the answers, you have to ask some questions. Inside yourself, you know the answers. Remember, it’s never too late to change what we don’t consider right to ourselves! 3 – Am I doing anything to achieve my goals? How can I do it? Could I do anything in a different way? Would it be more pleasant? Would moving towards my goals make me happy, or am I just waiting for them to “come from heaven”?
4 – If I don’t like something, what would the consequences be, if I remove that from my life? (It can be work, friendship, moving to another city.)
5 – Would I start doing that “thing” now, if I knew it would be this way? (Again, a course, career, relationship, attitude… anything that is bothering or is important to you.)
