Accessories and trips

Friday – so here it comes again, the accessories I thought I would wear or need during my trips, and after all, I didn’t wear even 10% of them.

Hand painted Russian brooches: the black one was given by a friend, the floral one I bought in Germany. Flower pins, Peacocks at Tenby, Wales; silver lovespoon also bought at Tenby. I like hair accessories very much, as you can see - pearl headband (costume pearls this time), gifted. Never worn golden double snake ring. Pyrite silver and pearls ring is half my own design, half made by Rose.

Bracelets... some Indian inspired ones! Flexible colorful one from Bridgnorth. Pearl and suede one by Tina. Colorful metal one - bought in York. Gold and silver with my name, Nomination Jewellery, as well as one ring. Grey one with silver clasp, Pandora, gifted. The watch is so cool! The One. The bottom bracelet is my design, made by Julie and it has a very special story connected to it.

Well, there are many more pieces with me now. I’ll photograph the ones I most like or that are my own design… I guess I like everything…  I must remember to have with me only what I most like, cause as I said, moving around all the time makes it difficult to wear all these things.

Hope you weren’t bored up to now – the pictures were for me to keep track of what I have with me right now!

I hope you all have a great day and lovely smiles around you!

  1. Hi my dear, you have the most exquisite collection of jewellery, I particularly love those handpainted brooches, so quaint and unique. The crystal flower is so pretty. Do you have any advice for me on how to store these types of delicate pieces? P.S I would love to see a painting of yours if you decide to do it. I appreciate your lovely words, have a wonderful and warm weekend!

  2. denise, i do this same thing. i spend hours trying to decide what i’m going to pack for a trip, and then don’t even wear most of the accessories i brought with me. i enjoy looking at your jewelry stash. things associated with stories and personal meanings delight me. :)

  3. Qué lindo todo! Me gustaron especialmente las pulseras. Todo en esa última foto se ve particularmente atractivo por la mezcla de colores, formas y materiales. Tienes muy buen gusto! 😉
